Do you want to reduce the time it takes to track the list of projects in OpenAsset? By using Zapier you can integrate Google Sheets with OpenAsset in countless different ways!

For example, you can:

  • Create a new row in a spreadsheet for every new project created in OpenAsset.

  • Create a new row in a spreadsheet for every new employee created in OpenAsset.

Getting started

It is super simple to get up and running with Zapier integrations, below we outline the steps to get you started.

  1. Create a Zapier account. You can create an account for free!

  2. Create an integration. Below is a sample integration you could try out.

Sample integration

Add a row to Google Sheets for a new OpenAsset project

This Zapier integration will create a new row in Google Sheets every time someone creates a new OpenAsset Project.

It will have a single trigger and action.

You'll need to create a spreadsheet with headers that map to the project data you want.

You can map the project data such as ID, Code and Name to columns in the Google Sheet.

Remember to make sure it is turned on.

Here's how the new project data from OpenAsset was displayed in the Google Sheet.
