Onboarding:
When determining what projects & data to add to OpenAsset, they started small and focused on impact. This made the project more manageable and resulted in some early “quick wins” with the system.
They started with their top 10 projects for each sector

Promoting the system:
Leading up to go-live, the Marketing team highlighted OpenAsset in several of their all-hands meetings. This included an overview of OpenAsset, and even quick demos of the platform. This helped build awareness and excitement for the system leading up to launch.
Education & training:
Since going live with OpenAsset in April 2023, the Marketing team has held two virtual training sessions for their team. For each session, they offered multiple times to accommodate busy schedules. This has been a great way to provide education on the system and obtain valuable feedback from users.
