View all your tickets/requests in one place
Check current ticket statuses and last activity date
Respond to an open ticket or create a follow up from a closed ticket.
Create a new ticket
How to access the ticket portal
Log in to your OpenAsset instance.
In the top-right corner of your OpenAsset instance, click the question mark (?).
Click Submit a Ticket.
This is where you can see your requests and submit new ones.
Finding your tickets
You'll start on the My requests tab.
You can also see "Requests I'm CC'd on."
Sort by Status using the drop down menu.
Updating a ticket
Click on the ticket subject to open it.
From here you can update an open ticket, or create a follow up for a closed ticket.
