How to enable users to log into OpenAsset using Single Sign-On (SSO)

OpenAsset supports Single Sign-On, enabling users to log into their OpenAsset system seamlessly. OpenAsset implements Single Sign-On using Microsoft's NTLM technology, allowing users to log straight into OpenAsset without having to enter their username and password.

Integrating OpenAsset with Single Sign-On Providers

If your organization has implemented Single Sign-On authentication, it may be possible to integrate OpenAsset with your existing provider. We support Single Sign-On with the following providers:

  • Azure Active Directory

  • Okta

  • Ping Identity

Configuring Single Sign-On

To configure SSO, System Administrators can navigate to 'Security' > 'Cloud Single Sign-On' in the Settings menu.

The existing SSO configurations in your system will be listed on the following page.

Select the 'Edit' link to edit any of the fields in the image below.
