This is the list of tasks to be completed in order to successfully configure the Employee Module in OpenAsset

Employee Profiles

  • Identify employees that are most commonly used for proposals

  • Collate & Update employee data

    • Name, Title, Bio, Relevant dates, Education, Memberships/Associations, etc.

    • Provide to OpenAsset to import OR manually add into OpenAsset

  • Assign a primary photo to each employee profile

    • Make sure each file has an employee identifier:

      • A unique custom file field for the headshots that contains an employee ID

      • Employee name as a keyword attached to each respective file

      • Utilizing the original filename of each employee headshot that contains the employee name (matches name on employee object/profile)

Connecting Employees and Projects

  • Collate data for which projects each employee has worked on

    • Provide this data to OpenAsset with Employee ID and Project ID included OR manually create the relationship between employees and projects

Building resume and CV templates

  • Provide OpenAsset with the below items for InDesign Templates:

    • Blank version of the template

    • Completed version of the template

    • Formatting rules (spacing, fonts, Paragraph/Character/Object style for             InDesign.)

  • Is there any special formatting for the text required? (split "Education" by commas and newlines, "Location" being a combination of "City" and "State" and "Country" if not USA, etc.)

  • Provide OpenAsset with the below items for PowerPoint Templates:

    • Blank version of the template

    • Completed version of the template

    • Is there any special formatting for the text required? (split "Education" by commas and newlines, "Location" being a combination of "City" and "State" and "Country" if not USA, etc.)
