To Generate an Authentication Token in OpenAsset, go to: ‘System Settings’>‘Users’>‘API Tokens’ and select ‘Create New Token’.

Enter a token name e.g. ‘API Integration’, then select ‘Never Expires’. Combine the two numbers on screen for your API key.

API Key: this is an OpenAsset generated token with the Token Id and Token separated by a colon e.g 5:iNJa8bMZnDRcLZGID0V9tLBDztBTFXXhwkpBr67sJZY

For more information on OpenAsset token usage when working with API integrations, please see our developers site at developers.openasset.com
