API Authentication tokens can be created to connect OpenAsset with other software applications, including Wordpress and Adobe Express.
To Generate an Authentication Token in OpenAsset, click on your name in the top-right hand corner of the screen, then click "My Preferences."
Click "View/Modify Tokens" under the "API Authentication Tokens" section.
Click "Create New Token."
Create your API Token Name. We recommend describing the use case. For example, if setting up the API Token to leverage OpenAsset for Express, you could name it "Express integration."
Optionally, set an expiration date.
Click "Generate" and be sure to save the API key (there is a "copy" button next to it) as you won't be able to retrieve this again.
