File Categories are used to differentiate between project and non-project files.

Examples of Categories

  1. Project Files - Files are stored within a project that contains a name and a unique number/code.

  2. Non-Project Files - Files are not tied to a project. These could be inspirational images, stock photography, event photos, staff headshots, etc.

Edit Categories

You can manage your Categories by navigating to 'System' > 'Categories' within the Settings menu.

From the following page, select 'Edit' next to the relevant category. You can configure the following options for your Category.
