Only certain users can tag Albums with Topics, but all users can use Topics to filter Album searches.
They are ideal tools for sharing examples of 'best', 'most recent' or marketing approved images. For example, you might have topics such as:
Company Branding
Best Project Photos
Staff Headshots
Adding a Topic to an Album
Albums can have multiple topics assigned to them. To add a topic, navigate to the Albums page and select the 'List View' icon:
Select the 'Topics' link on your chosen Album.
From the following menu, select the relevant Topics and click 'Complete'
Filtering Albums by Topic
Albums that have been tagged with a Topic are discoverable by selecting options from the 'Album Topics' menu.
Adding new Topics to your system
Those with administrator access can add new topics to their system. This can be done by navigating to Settings > Topics > Album Topics, and clicking on the 'New Topic' button.
