If you frequently drag and drop images into documents we can recommend the following workflow.

In advance of dragging images to your document, find the images that you think you’ll need and add them to your Selection.

Then, when viewing the Selected tab, open the 'View' menu and view the images at their smallest size.

Then reduce the width of the browser window as small as it will allow you to.

You’ll then have plenty of screen space for the application that you would like to drag to. Your selection of images can be used as a palette, allowing you to drag files as you work on your document.
