The Project Portfolio enables you to search for projects using specific criteria. Using the Filtered and Selected tabs you can then add projects to your selection from multiple searches in order to quickly update their information or generate documents.
Selecting projects from different view modes
You can switch between different project view modes using these three icons.
Selecting projects from Tiles View
The Tiles View highlights the Hero Image from your projects, offering a visual way of browsing projects.
Once you have narrowed down your search, you can add projects to your selection by selecting the checkbox on the image thumbnail.
Selecting Projects from the Rows View
The Rows View offers additional information about projects such as the number of project keywords and the location.
Add projects to your selection by selecting the checkbox on the image thumbnail.
Selecting Projects from the Maps View
Maps View allows you to view projects according to their geographical location. You can add projects to your selection by selecting the checkbox on the project label.
Viewing your Selection
To view your selected projects, click the Selected tab.
You can add projects to your selection across multiple searches. Simply click between the Filtered and Selected tabs to continue adding projects to your selection. To remove a project from selection, untick the checkbox. To clear your selection, click Select > Clear All.
